All CAST products are engineered for maximum durability and reliability. Still, a landscape lighting system can be subject to physical abuse, electrical issues and improper installation and maintenance. In addition, CAST continues to make improvements on its products, some older models may require servicing or repair.
All CAST products are field serviceable. If a repair or replacement of any part is needed, that part can be purchased or sent free-of-charge if the warranty is still in effect. Instructions for the repair or replacement of many common parts are accessible through this website.
