Issue
Transformer remains on without regard to timer operation. Even if timer is removed from timer receptacle, the transformer remains on.
Cause
Known issue: Power Bypass Relay malfunction (remains stuck in 'On' position).
Remedy
Replace Power Bypass Relay (XCTRELAY2).
